Since Mondays can be a little blah let's confess our collecting sins.
I have multiple copies of Gothic by Philip Fracassi. I bought them before I had read anything by him. I finally got around to reading the book and it turned into a DNF.
His writing is great but that particular story just doesn't work for me.

Oh gosh - I can relate to the too many copies of a book I didn't like sin.
I loved Katherine Arden's first three books - the Winternight Trilogy. All three book were five star reads for me, so saying I was excited about her next adult novel that was coming out would be an understatement.
I'm not even sure how many copies of this book I have (US trade, US trade signed, Goldsboro (or maybe Waterstones - hell, maybe both), UK, Owl Crate, and Fairyloot for sure) and then I read the book.
And I did not like it. At all.

It sure was. Was so excited and then it was just so disappointing. I've heard a couple of other book friends and they didn't care for it either so I know it wasn't just me.
Just checked my library - I have EIGHT COPIES of this book!
Ouch. I'm sure that was a huge letdown.

Confession: Since I lost my job. I've been eating away at my backlog of comics and graphic novels. I got one stack low enough to see that there was a big (BIG!) bundle of bubble-wrapped books behind it. It was a huge shipment from CD of books that I not only forgot that I had, but, for the most part, forgot existed. A James A. Moore signature series book, the Neil Gaiman "Little Book", THE LOVING DEAD HC by Ray Garton, a bunch of ARCS and chapbooks...and all of this sitting on top of a signed and inscribed Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka autobiography that I've been looking for for over a decade.

Thanks, all. I lost my last due to AI, and my field is just filled with other old dinosaurs like me, all competing for a handful of jobs. I keep plugging away...
